§ 01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document. Where context requires, the singular includes the plural and vice versa.

§ 02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bbajee platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any applicable game-specific rules, bonus terms, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy that are published on the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

§ 03 Eligibility

Use of the bbajee platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of the player's account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. bbajee enforces a strict minimum age requirement and will request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify their compliance with local regulations.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee or director of bbajee or any of its affiliated service providers, where such relationship creates a conflict of interest with fair participation.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You must not have a self-exclusion status currently active on the platform. Players who have self-excluded and subsequently attempt to register a new account are in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

bbajee reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photographic identification and proof of residential address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

§ 04 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bbajee platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bbajee reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. You must notify bbajee support immediately if you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. bbajee will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to adequately protect their credentials.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team or writing to [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 working days. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules before the account is closed. Remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the original payment method used for the most recent deposit.

§ 05 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bbajee accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank online transfer, City Bank online transfer, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without advance notice. The current list of accepted methods is displayed on the platform's deposit page.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit under normal account conditions, though bbajee may apply transaction limits to individual accounts as part of responsible gaming controls or fraud prevention measures.

5.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to the player's account balance within seconds of a confirmed transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect during standard banking hours. bbajee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking system outages.

5.4 Deposit Currency

All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Where a payment method involves a currency conversion on the provider's side, the converted BDT amount credited to the bbajee account wallet will reflect the net amount received after any applicable conversion fees charged by the payment provider.

§ 06 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from a verified account in good standing. bbajee reserves the right to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not completed identity verification may experience delays or holds on withdrawal processing until documentation is received and approved.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance meets the minimum amount.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and approved within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing to the destination payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank) typically completes within 1–3 business days following approval. bbajee aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests on the same business day they are approved.

6.4 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. bbajee may request additional verification if a player requests withdrawal to a different payment method or account number not previously used for deposits.

6.5 Bonus-Linked Restrictions

Withdrawals of funds derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds or associated winnings before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in forfeiture of the bonus amount. The Real Money Balance component of the account wallet is not subject to bonus wagering restrictions.

§ 07 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions, are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made. Players must read and accept the individual offer terms before opting in. In all cases, the specific offer terms take precedence over these General Bonus Terms where a conflict exists.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each promotional offer page. Contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type: slots and fishing games typically contribute 100%, while sports bets and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate as specified.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bbajee actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses repeatedly, placing offsetting bets to artificially meet wagering requirements at minimal risk, using automated software to generate bonus activity, and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, bbajee reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, suspend the account, and recover any amounts paid out in error.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and associated free spins expire if the wagering requirement is not met within the time period stated in the specific offer. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance without notice or compensation. Players are responsible for monitoring the expiry dates of active bonuses in their account.

§ 08 Betting Rules

8.1 Bet Placement and Confirmation

A bet is confirmed only when a confirmation message is displayed and the corresponding amount has been deducted from the player's account balance. In the event of a technical failure that prevents confirmation from being displayed, the bet record held in the bbajee system will be treated as authoritative. Players should contact support immediately if they believe a bet was placed but not confirmed correctly.

8.2 Void Bets

bbajee reserves the right to void any bet where: the odds were displayed due to a manifest error; the outcome of the event was known at the time of bet placement; the event was cancelled, postponed for more than 72 hours, or abandoned; or the bet was placed in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Voided bets are returned to the player's Real Money Balance at the original stake amount.

8.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

All sports betting markets, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals, are governed by the specific sports rules published on the relevant market page. Where specific sports rules are silent on a matter, the general betting rules in this clause apply. Scores, results, and official statistics from the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL governing board) are used for settlement purposes.

8.4 Manifest Errors

bbajee reserves the right to withhold payment on or void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest error in odds, lines, or market information — including but not limited to software errors, data feed failures, and human input errors. A manifest error is defined as an error that would be obvious to a reasonable person. In such cases, bets will be settled at the correct price or voided at bbajee's discretion.

§ 09 Casino Games

All casino games available on bbajee — including slots, live dealer tables, fishing games, crash titles, and table games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, via real-time video stream from professionally operated studios. Game outcomes are independently verified and audited for fairness.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is determined by the game provider and is available in the game information panel. bbajee does not modify or override provider-set RTP values. The house edge inherent to each game means that over a statistically significant number of rounds, the platform retains a proportion of total wagers — this is the standard commercial model for all casino games globally.

Players acknowledge that casino games are games of chance and that past results do not predict or influence future outcomes. No strategy, system, or external tool can guarantee winnings or overcome the mathematical house edge over the long term.

§ 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbajee platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events or casino games.
• Money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Depositing funds and immediately withdrawing without generating genuine play activity (churning).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bbajee staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform if you are a self-excluded player or have an active account restriction that prohibits use.

§ 11 Responsible Gaming

bbajee is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered players at no cost via the account settings page and take effect immediately upon activation for restrictions, or after a mandatory 24-hour review period for relaxations.

§ 12 Intellectual Property

All content on the bbajee platform — including but not limited to software code, game assets, graphics, logos, brand names, written content, data compilations, and user interface designs — is the intellectual property of bbajee or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants the player any licence or right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content.

The bbajee name, logo, and associated brand marks are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited and may be subject to legal action. Players may share publicly available links to the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided no bbajee branding is misrepresented in the process.

§ 13 Privacy & Data

bbajee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

bbajee will never sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies. Data is shared only with service providers directly necessary for platform operation (payment processors, KYC providers, game suppliers) and with regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.

§ 14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbajee's total liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether arising under contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bbajee shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, indirect loss, consequential loss, or special damages, even if bbajee has been advised of the possibility of such losses. bbajee is not liable for interruptions to service caused by maintenance, third-party system failures, telecommunications outages, force majeure events, or governmental actions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

§ 15 Amendments to These Terms

bbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, bbajee will notify registered players via a notice displayed upon next login and, where practicable, via the email address or mobile number registered to the account.

Amendments take effect 7 days after the date of notification unless the change is required urgently by law or regulatory guidance, in which case it takes effect immediately. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

§ 16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of contract law. In the event of a dispute arising between a player and bbajee in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the platform, both parties agree to first seek resolution through bbajee's internal complaints procedure.

Where the internal process does not produce a satisfactory resolution, the parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.
